Harry Kane injury update after Tottenham vs Manchester United

Tottenham 0 Manchester United 1
Tottenham hosted Manchester United on Sunday as they looked to put an end to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s unbeaten start as United boss.
Solskjaer had won his first five games in charge of Man United, four in the Premier League and one in the FA Cup.
But going to Tottenham was by far his biggest test as United gaffer.
Despite this United gave it their all and did not sit back all game as they would have done under Jose Mourinho.
Marcus Rashford would give Man United the lead in the 44th minute thanks to an assist from the inform Paul Pogba.
Tottenham tried to force their way back into the game but a David de Gea master class ensured the score remained 1-0.

Kane injured vs United
As well as losing on Sunday and falling nine points behind 1st place Liverpool, Spurs may have also been dealt a major injury blow.
Phil Jones caught Spurs forward Harry Kane with a bad tackle late in the game on Sunday.
This resulted in Kane limping off the pitch at full time.
Tottenham had already lost Mousa Sissoko to injury earlier in the United game.

They will also be without Heung-Min Son for several games as the midfielder will now join up with South Korea for the Asia games.
So, if Kane is injured, Spurs will be without their two top scorers for at least a game or two.
Kane has 20 goals and Son has 12 goals for Spurs across all competitions this season.
Pochettino on Kane’s injury
On Kane’s injury Mauricio Pochettino had this to say:
“It wasn’t the intention of the United player but it was a bad tackle and now he has bit of a swelling on his ankle. We are going to lose Son for the Asia Cup and if Kane [is injured] it is going to be massive for us.
“It was a clear foul on Harry Kane, a big hit, Mike Dean said he didn’t see it. Kane twisted his ankle and we hope that it is not a big issue.”
