Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s one big change which Manchester United players love

Manchester United caretaker manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has enjoyed a thoroughly successful return to Old Trafford.
The Norwegian has become the club’s first manager since Sir Matt Busby to win his first five games in charge.
Behind Solskjaer’s success is the freedom which he has handed his players, unlike Jose Mourinho, according to the Telegraph.

The Red Devils’ stars have flourished under Solskjaer and are now playing with much greater freedom.
The former United striker has given them the confidence to express themselves rather than worrying about making mistakes.
Under Mourinho, players would be strongly criticised for making mistakes and subsequently, they would shy away from taking risks.
However, with Solskjaer now at the helm, players are the club’s best players demonstrating their talents.
Paul Pogba has been a huge example of this given the frosty relationship which he shared with the Portuguese coach.
His performances were strongly condemned by many, but since Solskjaer’s arrival, he has come on leaps and bounds.
The 25-year-old has been directly involved in seven goals in just four Premier League appearances.
